Deep Dive into High Performance SLS Powders

Formlabs has released four SLS 3D printing materials this year:

• Nylon 11 Powder - Nylon 11 Powder is a high performance material for functional prototyping and small batch production
• Nylon 12 - Nylon 12 Powder is a highly capable material for both functional prototyping and end-use production of complex assemblies and durable parts with high environmental stability.
• Nylon 12 GF - Nylon 12 GF Powder is best for functional prototypes or end-use parts for applications where structural rigidity and thermal stability are critical
• Nylon 11 CF - Nylon 11 CF Powder is ideal for lightweight parts that remain structurally and thermally stable and can sustain repeated impact.

Each of these materials open applications for SLS 3D Printing and enable Formlabs users to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible with their machines.

In this session, we’ll briefly review each new material, and will also set aside around twenty to thirty minutes for questions.
