Jürgen Sander has extensive experience of over 30 years as a dental technician in various laboratories and dental practices. During his career he has held various roles, including combination, implant and ceramics technology expert and deputy laboratory manager. Thanks to his in-depth specialist knowledge, he joined the German sales team at VITA Zahnfabrik in 2009 as a medical product and application consultant. He has been responsible for technical support there since March 2020 and acts as a course instructor.
Bernhard von Oppeln is a master dental technician with more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry. He worked full-time as a dental technician and was involved in the introduction of CAD/CAM technology in the dental field. His first printer was a Form 2, which allowed him to get his first experience with additive manufacturing workflows in the dental laboratory. This was the catalyst to pursue a professional career in 3D printing and join Formlabs as a Dental Solution Engineer.
After his graduation from mechanical engineering school, Georgio founded the digital dentistry department of a company in Lebanon while managing and developing partnerships with suppliers like 3Shape, Planmeca, Straumann, ImesIcore, 3Dsystems and others. 2 years ago, Georgio joined the Formlabs team in Berlin with the goal of developing the sales channel in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. Following the recent launch of the Formlabs Dental Business Unit Georgio took charge of the development of dental strategic partnerships. In 2022 he became the Dental Product Manager.
